More and more K-pop concerts in Korea are held at Inspire Arena, and it confuses a lot of visitors because it isn’t in Seoul. It’s on Yeongjong Island in Incheon, right next to Incheon Airport. The next big one is the MONSTA X world tour encore, “THE X : NEXUS”, on November 21 and 22, 2026, after their 10-city North American tour.

Here’s what you need to know to get there, get back, and plan the day.

MONSTA X encore: dates and tickets
- Shows: Saturday, November 21 at 6 pm and Sunday, November 22 at 4 pm (KST)
- Prices: VIP ₩198,000 (~$142), general seats ₩154,000 (~$111)
- Where to buy: NOL ticket (formerly Interpark), which has a separate global booking page for overseas fans
- Limits: 2 tickets per person per show (1 per show in the fan club presale)
- ID check: your NOL account needs identity verification, and the fan club name, booker name and attendee name must match. Bring your passport.
- Paper tickets: the delivery deadline has passed, so tickets bought now are picked up at the venue on the day. Leave extra time for the pickup line.
Booking rules can change, so double-check the notice on the NOL page before you buy.
How to buy tickets as a foreigner
Tickets for this show are sold only on NOL. Here’s how it works if you’re booking from overseas.
- Use NOL World. Foreign fans book on NOL World (world.nol.com), the English site of NOL ticket (formerly Interpark Global). The Korean NOL site is for Korean accounts.
- Sign up early. You only need an email, no Korean phone number. You can’t see dates or seats until you’re logged in, so make your account before the sale opens.
- Use your passport name. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport, including any middle name. A mismatch is one of the most common reasons people get turned away at ticket pickup.
- Verify your account. This show only accepts verified accounts, so complete the passport verification step on NOL World first.
- Pay by card. Foreign credit cards are accepted.
- Fan club presale: if you’re a global MONBEBE member, your membership name, booking name and attendee name all have to match.
- Pick up on the day. Show your booking confirmation and your actual passport (not a copy) at the venue ticket booth.
Seating: floor, lower and upper stands
The arena has three levels. The floor is closest to the stage. The lower stand (2nd level) is a good balance of distance and view. The upper stand (3rd level) is farther away but you see the whole stage and lighting. Some seats are sold as restricted view, where a pillar or railing blocks part of the stage, so check before you pay.
How to get there from Seoul
1. Airport Railroad (AREX) + free shuttle (easiest)
Take AREX toward Incheon Airport. On concert days there’s often a temporary free shuttle from Cargo Terminal Station (exit 2) to the arena. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes and leaves as soon as it fills up. Otherwise, ride to Incheon Airport Terminal 1 or 2 and take the free INSPIRE shuttle from the arrivals level.
2. Taxi
About an hour from central Seoul, usually around ₩60,000–80,000 (~$43–58) depending on traffic and the time of day. Easy on the way there, but much harder to find after the show.
3. Concert shuttle buses from Seoul
For some big concerts, paid shuttle buses run from places like Hongdae and Myeongdong. Check the concert notice or fan accounts the week before.
Getting back after the show
This is the part people underestimate. After a show, thousands of people leave at once. On concert days the shuttles back usually go to Incheon Airport Terminal 2, not Cargo Terminal Station, and from there you take AREX back to Seoul. Expect a long line.
- The Sunday 4 pm show is easy, since you’ll be out by early evening.
- For the Saturday 6 pm show, the show ends around 9 pm. Give yourself plenty of time for the shuttle and the train, and check the last AREX train time for that night.
- Honestly, the easiest option is to stay nearby that night and go back to Seoul the next morning.
Where to stay near Inspire Arena
- INSPIRE Entertainment Resort: the hotel is in the same complex as the arena, so you just walk back to your room after the show. It also has an indoor water park, shops and restaurants. Check INSPIRE Entertainment Resort on Agoda
Our stay at INSPIRE: We stayed here ourselves. We arrived right at the 3 pm check-in and there were more people than we expected, so we waited in the check-in line for quite a while. On a concert day it’ll be even busier, so check in early if you can. The hotel is huge, more like a giant shopping complex than a normal hotel. The room was clean, with fresh bedding, a wide bed and a bright orange headboard. After a long morning of markets and food in the city, we took a nap first, then went out to explore. We watched the Aurora show, the big light show on the ceiling of the indoor street, and then wandered around the resort. It’s so big that just sleeping there would be a waste. The arena was impressive even from the entrance. With the colorful lighting and the curved ceiling, it’s fun to walk around even if you’re not seeing a show.

- Paradise City: a 5-star resort close by, with a spa and art space. Check Paradise City on Agoda
- Airport hotels: handy if you’re flying out the next day.
If you’re flying home right after the trip, staying here on your last night is a smart move. The airport is only minutes away.
Tips for concert day
- Arrive early. Ticket pickup, merch and the bag check all have lines.
- Bring your passport for ticket pickup and ID checks.
- Eat before you go in. The resort has plenty of restaurants, but they fill up before the show.
- Dress in layers. It’s cold and windy on the island in November, but warm inside the arena.
